JCP Strategic Plan and Survey Results
Strategic Plan
For 10 months in 2008-09, we worked with a Capstone Team from the NYU Wagner Graduate School of Social Work to devise our three year strategic plan. The plan was developed based on community wide surveys, a demographic study, board and staff input, and was overseen by an eight person committee: Stephanie Amarnick, Scott Berrie, Lori Fineman, Francine Hermelin, Saul Goodman, Darren Levine, Nirit Resnick, and Sharon Shorofsky Mack.
The plan calls for the immediate development of five strategic priority area.
- Expanding the ECC/Preschool
- Expanding the Hebrew School Project
- Evolving JCP’s Spiritual and Life-cycle Practices
- Expanding Community and Volunteer involvement
- Strengthening our fundraising and developent practices
