Pregnancy, birth, baby-namings, brit milah (circumcision), b’nai mitzvah, weddings, divorce, and funerals mark unique moments in time in the life of a Jewish person. JCP is here to support you on your life journey.

We have relationships with clergy of many different backgrounds, religious orientations, and perspectives and would be happy to meet with you to support you and/or your family as you transition through one of these life events.

Circumcision – Brit Milah

JCP has relationships with the following Mohelim (the person who performs the circumcision). Please contact them directly a few weeks prior to the birth of your child if possible to create a personal relationship with them.

B’nai Mitzvah

Recently Separated or Divorced? G-PAC at the JCC of Manhattan
G-PAC has been set up by the Jewish Board of Family Services and runs out of the JCC of Manhattan. G-PACs over 250 members are all divorced people living in the New York area – many of them with children, meet regularly throughout the year for networking and support opportunities.
