Dear JCP Community Members and Friends,
Thanks to all of you who attended our 2013 JCP Benefit. With the support of a record number of JCP community members, the Benefit exceeded our fundraising goals and was our most successful event to date! These results, combined with community member donations to-date, have enabled us to reach 66% of our Annual Campaign goal of $1.1 million for the fiscal year ending June, 2013.
Together we honored two of our community’s stellar volunteers. Lori Fineman received the first JCP Leadership Award, and Mali Sananikone Gaw received the first JCP Community Builder Award. Honoring these two remarkable women gave us all an opportunity to reflect on the values that are central to JCP’s mission. Please see the 2013 JCP Benefit video below.
Thank you to everyone who participated live at the event, sponsored entrance tickets for our teaching staff, supported our honorees in the online ad journal, and to all of you who bid on our online auction items.
This amazing event was a collaboration of efforts among JCP Staff and an army of JCP volunteers, including the 2013 Benefit Committee, led by Dori Friedman, Stacy Pollack and Jennifer Rubinstein. The dedicated and hard work demonstrated by our Benefit Co-Chairs and Committee members reflects great leadership, creativity and professionalism among all. With heartfelt gratitude, we would like to thank the Benefit Committee and JCP staff for their significant contributions to the success of our event.
Finally, we thank all of you — our JCP community — for your support and generosity in making this year’s Benefit a tremendous success for everyone.
