Located in the heart of Tribeca, and close to hubs of public transportation, our historic landmark building and its cast iron facade embodies the neighborhood’s charm.

 

We welcome the opportunity to host your next event in our facility. We offer a variety of spaces ideal for ceremonies, birthday parties, meetings, workshops, conferences, and beyond.

Lobby

Size: 575 square feet

Capacity: 50 seated or 70 standing

Natural sunlight beautifully fills the lobby, as you look out at a quiet and quintessential neighborhood street. The airy space has classic Tribeca architecture — floor to ceiling windows spanning 20 feet tall, hard wood floors, and cast iron columns.

Commons

Size: 750 square feet

Capacity: 60 seated or 80 standing

Our lower level multipurpose room provides flexibility to make the space your own. Features like our small rock climbing wall are perfect for children’s birthday parties.

Classrooms

Size: 250-400​ ​square feet

Capacity: 10-40 seated or 20-70 standing

Our eight classrooms of various sizes are great for smaller gatherings or break out discussions.

Fees: The cost of renting depends on the duration, nature, and needs of your event.

Policies: By renting our space, you are required to meet our insurance standards and adhere to our dietary guidelines. We maintain an allergy aware facility, and therefore all food brought in must be peanut-free and nut-free. Additionally, food must be kosher-by-ingredient: vegetarian, dairy, and/or kosher fish.
