JCP, located in an historic landmark storefront in the heart of Tribeca offers a variety of spaces for multi-use space rentals.
Typical rentals include baby namings, birthday parties, meetings and conferences, weekly classes and programs, and summer rentals.

Typical spaces utilized
JCP has a 575 square foot lobby, with classic Tribeca 20 ft ceilings and cast iron columns, and floor to ceiling windows filling the space with natural light. Capacity: 50 seated or 70 standing.
JCP’s facility has a number of classroom spaces of various sizes.Capacity: varies between 10-40 seated or 20-70 standing.
On JCP’s lower level is a 750 sq foot multi-purpose space typically used for meetings and indoor play. Capacity: 60 seated or 80 standing.
JCP is an allergy aware space, and all food brought in must be peanut-free and nut-free. Additionally, to maintain a welcome space for the entire community, food must be kosher-by-ingredient: vegetarian, dairy, and/or kosher fish. Additionally, all beverages must be non-alcoholic. Organizations utilizing space at JCP will be required to meet JCP’s insurance standards.
Our rental fees vary depending on the duration of, nature of, and needs for your event. On-site staff and basic equipment (ie: folding chairs, folding tables, TV) are available.
