- Continue to hire, retain, and expand our to-notch professional team to meet the demands of our growing community.
- Strengthen our financial position to fill budgetary requirements and build essential reserves.
- Expand robust community engagement through new and innovative programs such as: Israel Advocacy and Connection; Community Service; and Adult Engagement and Education.
