We are happy that Lee Weiss, an ECC parent and a part of our community, will choose our wines again this year! Lee is a 20-year restaurant veteran, working mostly in Chicago and New York City. He has worked in some of the best restaurants in the world, including Eleven Madison Park, where he worked alongside Master Sommelier Dustin Wilson (One White Street and Verve Wine). He worked with another Master Sommelier, Cameron Douglas, at the Musket Room where he was fortunate enough to participate in choosing and buying wines for the Michelin-starred restaurant. Now, Lee tends to drink more wine than he sells but he still teaches an occasional wine class to his corporate clients while working with Bon Appetit Management Company.
