Our B’nai Mitzvah experience, which marks the beginning of your child’s adult Jewish journey, puts tradition and creativity at its center, celebrating the individuality of each learner and the importance of community.
We examine Jewish texts in deeper ways, develop an individualized sense of Jewish identity, feel ownership over rituals and traditions, and explore what it means to become a responsible teenager. Learners work one-on-one with tutors weekly, attend weekly cohort classes, study Torah with JCP clergy, and participate in community service projects.
