Join Downtown Jews for an unforgettable night making sufganiyot & latkes at The Institute of Culinary Education! You will work in teams to make classic potato latkes; hard cider apple sauce; herbed sour cream and sufganiyot. At the end of class, participants will gather to enjoy the food they have prepared with wine and soft drinks.
